I enlisted the real estate services of Shelly Ybarra to help me sell a property in Clear Lake TX in November of 07.  The home could have used a little work and there were many items that Shelly pointed out to me that I could do to help the home to sell.  I did what I could but Shelly did the rest in order to make sure the property was properly marketed.  She created a beautiful picture show of the home and set it to music on the web.  She made contact with me at least once a week regarding various times the home was visited and various quotes that visitors had mentioned. Once we got our first offer, Shelly ran with it.  She made sure to get all the information to the buyer and I regarding what each of us needed to do for one another.  She made it so easy for me; I barely had to anything myself.  And this is great because I would not have known where to start. The property was only on the market a few months, and we closed it in February of 08!

 

Shelly is very smart, savvy, and a complete professional, yet she is friendly and trustworthy and you just know you are dealing with someone who has your best interests at heart.  I really don’t know what I would have done without her on this one!  I sell new homes everyday in my job but I had no idea what goes into the process of re-sale.  She truly showed me that she is a one woman show that can get it all done!  All I can say is Shelly is fantastic and wonderful to work with and know.  If you or anyone you know needs the service of a real estate agent, Shelly Ybarra is the best one you could ever hope to find!
